Chimney and Fireplace Inspections - There are three levels of fireplace inspections: Level I, Level II, and Level III. Fireplace inspections are commonly used to investigate problems, check for occurrence of fire, and to determine for structure soundness. We provide this service to residential, commercial and property management.

Chimney Cleaning - We are pleased to offer our chimney and fireplace cleaning services to residential, commercial, and property management customers. As part of the service, we will provide not only the chimney sweep, but we will perform a Level I inspection of the fireplace system as a whole and provide a report of any and all findings, with recommendations on what action to take to correct any deficiencies that may be found.

For our commercial and property management clientele, we offer chimney sweep contracts for apartment complexes as well as condo associations. Construction Defect Repair - We are San Diego's Pre-fabricated Fireplace Specialists. Whether the job entails opening up walls or climbing into attics, we specialize in fixing problems that occurred during the original construction.

For our commercial clientele, we can offer our services as a subcontractor to the general contractor. And for our residential and property management clients, we will work directly with the company, Homeowners Association or, in some cases, both.

Dryer Vent Cleaning - We are pleased to offer our dryer vent cleaning services to residential, commercial, and property management customers. Pre-fabricated Chimney Sales, Installation and Repair - As the pre-fabricated fireplace specialists of San Diego, we are equipped to offer service, repair and installation of any pre-fabricated fireplace.

Our Equipment

To ensure the best sweep possible, we use both brushes and vacuums. The vacuum we use is a specialized industrial vac with triple-filtration specially designed for this type of work.

Our employees go through a rigorous training period and apprenticeship with an experienced F.I.R.E. and/or NFI certified technician before going out into the field. Our extensive training ensures that you will get a reliable, knowledgeable, and experienced technician at your home, who is able to address customer concerns, questions, and needs.
