 A Rampart General is a pre-cast concrete fireplace. It was manufactured in Santa Ana, CA years ago but are no longer in manufacture to date.

Dale W. Feb, MCI, is the founder and president of both D-Way Fireplace Inspection Service and Fireplace Investigation, Research & Education Service (F.I.R.E. Service) . F.I.R.E. Service headquarters are located in Moorpark, California, and a second training facility is located in Richmond, Virginia.
Mr. Feb has personally performed over sixteen thousand fireplace inspections and is a recognized plaintiff and defense expert. He currently provides expert testimony for fire, construction defect, product defect, and personal injury litigation. He also provides the only "Fireplace & Chimney Inspector" certification course in the United States.
He is a certified International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) combination dwelling, building & mechanical inspector, a Uniform Fire Code Association (UFCA) certified fire code inspector, an International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) certified mechanical inspector, a California licensed mechanical contractor, a California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) new construction specialist, a Master CREIA Inspector (MCI), a National Fireplace Institute (NFI) certified gas technician and a F.I.R.E. certified fireplace inspector.
